Ultimate burger battle is back
Ultimate Burger Battle is back! Formerly Novemburger, this month-long event combines the power of food with the power of giving back. Local restaurants create their unique Ultimate Burger to sell for the month in a friendly battle of burgers. At the end of the month, one of these spectacular burger creations will emerge victorious as United Way Oxford’s Ultimate Burger of the Year, as voted by the Ultimate Burger Battle Ambassadors. But that’s not the only prize! One burger will be voted People’s Choice by our community! This event takes place from November 1 to 30, and $2 from each burger sold will be donated to United Way Oxford.
This year, we have 16 restaurants participating from all over Oxford County. Participating platinum-level restaurants include:

- Charles Dickens Pub
- Chrissy’s Catering
- The Mill
- Madmash Brewery & Restaurant
- The Copper Mug
- Boston Pizza Woodstock
- Village Catering & Deli
- Tempo Restaurant
Participating gold-level restaurants include:
- Finkle St Dining
- The Pub at Norwich Ave
- Boston Pizza Tillsonburg
- Louie’s Pizza and Pasta
- Nectar Bistro & Bar
- Brunny’s Sports Bar & Grill
- Indigo Lounge Eatery
Starting November 1, community members can rate what they ate by voting at unitedwayoxford.ca/burgerbattle for their favourite Ultimate Burger. United Way Oxford’s Ultimate Burger Battle runs until the end of the month, when the Ultimate Burger of the Year will be declared, People’s Choice Ultimate Burgers will be announced, and Most Ultimate Burgers Sold will be tallied.
