Workplace Campaigns

Every year, hundreds of organizations from all sectors participate in a United Way workplace campaign. While the main goal is to raise money in support of local programs and services that help kids be all they can be, move people from poverty to possibility and inspire strong communities, getting involved in a United Way workplace campaign has other benefits as well!

  • Fun!: For a week or two each year, your team can challenge one another in any number of creative and engaging activities or events. Put the “fun” in fundraising with a bake sale, cook-off, scavenger hunt or auction.
  • Pride and morale: Feel good about making a positive difference in your community.
  • Teambuilding: Get to know your co-workers.
  • Personal development: Develop new skills like project and time management, leadership, event planning and public speaking.
  • Awareness: Learn about the need in our community as well as the programs and services that are available to help.

Regardless of the size of your organization participation in a United Way workplace campaign is easy and rewarding. You’ll feel great knowing you’re changing lives. United Way Oxford would love to meet with you in person to discuss available opportunities in greater detail.
