Our annual Tampon Tuesday event is returning this March the 9th as a drive thru drop off event from 4-6pm at every Shoppers Drug Mart location in Oxford County!
Each year we are amazed at how our community can come together to support a cause that affects so many. With the cost of feminine hygiene products being so high, having the necessary items can be quite difficult for a lot of people.
It is estimated that Canadian Women have no choice but to spend up to $6,000 in their lifetime on this necessity. And there are a lot of people that struggle to be able to support that on their own.
So we encourage you to help support women in need across Oxford County! You can even make it a team event, coming together with friends, family and colleagues to help support this worthy cause.
Last year, you were successful in making it our biggest Tampon Tuesday yet! By coming together with your coworkers, friends and family, you were able to donate over 1150 products that have since been shared with local people and organizations that need it the most!
So stop by any local Shoppers Drug Mart in Oxford County on Tuesday March the 9th between 4-6! If you’re unable to attend that day, Shoppers will be accepting donations, including cash donations at the till starting February 16th.
It’s time to support women in need, PERIOD!
