United Way Oxford’s 2025-2026 Funding Application Process is Now Available

Application process

Each year, United Way Oxford makes investments in the community that are 100% local. The application process to receive funding for the 2025-2026 fiscal year is now open to organizations directly serving the residents of Oxford County. The application process begins with a statement of interest which is due to be submitted by September 30, 2024.

United Way Oxford is proud to make investments into programs and services that address local issues by focusing on three investment priorities: All That Kids Can Be, Building Strong Communities and From Poverty to Possibility. By addressing the needs of today and reducing the needs of tomorrow, United Way Oxford is proud to work with local community partners to build a caring and inclusive community where everyone lives with dignity, belonging, opportunity and hope.

While the exact dates change from year to year, applicants should understand that the general process is as follows:

  • September: Call for Statements of Interest
  • November: Eligible agencies are invited to submit a full application
  • January-February: Eligible agencies are invited to present to the Community Impact Council
  • March: Board of Directors reviews Community Impact Council recommendations
  • April: First of ongoing monthly payments are disbursed to funded agencies
