My personal signature burger would be a thick patty, crispy bacon, peameal bacon, garlic aioli, lettuce, onion, Gunn’s Hill Five Brothers Cheese all on a toasted brioche bun. A two-hander burger always!

Jerry Acchione
I love a meaty patty, lots of cheese and bacon, also enjoy unique flavours like prosciutto and mushrooms on my burger.
Jeff Zaluski
My Signature burger would consist of premium AAA beef, with double smash patty’s. With crispy iceberg lettuce, Sliced tomatoes, Diced onions, and a nice homemade pickle. Then sauced up with classic mustard and ketchup
Dale Flynn
My personal signature burger would be similar to fire and ice...It would Include, fresh local ground chuck, Aged local Cheddar Cheese, sweet, caramelized onions, fried jalapeno petals, lettuce and tomatoes, and finished with a sweet and spicy BBQ sauce...BOOM!!!
Cassandra Benard
I'm a traditionalist when it comes to my burgers, so my signature burger would be an old classic. Swiss cheese and sauteed mushrooms on a juicy burger (cooked medium rare!) with allll the toppings: red onions, relish, pickles, mayo and mustard. The more flavour the better!
Carl Bloomfield
Captain, Woodstock Fire Department
My signature burger would be a double smash burger (lots of protein!) and the beef patties would have to be fresh never frozen. Cheese from Gunn's Hill to keep it local. Probably some peppers and onions to spice it up. I'd call it Captain's Choice!
