CSRF Application

United Way Oxford is proud to support the Government of Canada to deliver the Community Services Recovery Fund, which is an historic one-time investment of $400 million that will help community service organizations adapt, to modernize and to be better equipped to improve efficacy, accessibility and sustainability of the community services that they provide, so they can continue to support communities across Canada through the pandemic recovery and beyond.

Step 1:
Begin by reviewing the Where to Apply Decision Tree (PDF English PDF French) to help guide you to the appropriate funding stream/provider.

Step 2:
Refer to the Applicant Guide (PDF English PDF French)for additional information to help guide you through the process.

Step 3:
Download the Application (PDF English PDF French). Please note that once you select the application, a new window will open with a “Please wait…” message. Disregard that message and continue with the directions that follow below.
-Once selected, press the download button in the top right corner, and save it to your desktop.
-From the file that is now on your desktop, open it, and it should display your fillable Application form.
-Once complete, save the application using the name of your organization.
-Email the document, along with required attachments (see question 47 – Financial Information) to kelly@unitedwayoxford.ca

Applications will be accepted from January 6, 2023 through to February 21, 2023 at 5 PM (PT).
